A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your commission and begin the creative process. This initial payment covers concept development, materials, fabrication, and artistic labor. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery of the finished artwork.
Production timelines typically range from 30 to 45 days from design approval and receipt of the initial deposit. Completion times may vary based on the complexity of the artwork, material availability, and the number of active commissions in progress. Clients will be notified of any anticipated schedule adjustments.

All artwork, designs, illustrations, compositions, and creative expressions are protected under applicable United States and international copyright laws.
The soccer ball sculptures offered for exhibition, auction, or sale are intended solely as works of art and collectible display pieces. They are not manufactured, licensed, sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with FIFA, UEFA, Adidas, Nike, Major League Soccer, any professional football club, player, league, governing body, or other third-party organization unless expressly stated in writing.
Any references to football players, teams, tournaments, historical events, or cultural subjects are presented as artistic interpretation, commentary, tribute, or transformative creative expression.
By submitting a bid, prospective buyers acknowledge that:
All sales are final unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the artist and will not be available for delivery or pick-up until all art exhibits are completed after Labor Day Holiday in September 2026. Once notified by email or phone payments need to made within 24 hours or artwork will go to the following bidder in chronological order. Payments need to be paid in full either by Cash, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal.
The artist retains all copyrights, reproduction rights, and intellectual property rights associated with the artwork unless expressly transferred through a separate written agreement.
Purchase of a physical artwork does not grant the buyer the right to reproduce, manufacture, distribute, license, publish, modify, or commercially exploit the artwork in any form.
Minor variations, imperfections, and handcrafted characteristics may exist and are considered part of the unique nature of the artwork.
The artist reserves the right to reject any bid, withdraw any artwork from sale, or modify sale terms at any time prior to the completion of a transaction.
Shipping, handling, insurance, taxes, customs duties, and related costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise specified.
The artist makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond the authenticity of the original artwork. Liability shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the artwork.
